So I'm starting a new garden! It's going to be 3x1000watt hps. Dehumidifier, carbon filter... the works! I'm running three different strains, and as soon as I figure out how to post a picture, I'll show you the clones. I fully expect to get a kilo of weed per light, so we'll see what happens. I am going to be using water culture to produce my poundage. Clones have been brewing in a culture for only a couple days so I expect a couple more before I see roots. |

The roots are showing up now for sure! I will start scrubbing and prepping my 5 gallon buckets. Did I mention that the rooting success rate is 100%? Failure is not an option, I water culture up the clones as well. Maybe...one day, I'll be able to post some photos. |

I've got some photos of the roots. I rooted them at lower temps than should be, I would say 20C but instead I was at 15C or so. Just slows things down a little, but I can be sure there are no pathogens and lots of oxygen. It's a classic water culture of the pieces of the plant I ripped off the mother. There are a million cloning methods, except this one works the best. One more has fully rooted and I can see the others are turning to root. The best part about this water culture is you can clearly see what's going on. |

well I'm done rooting the clones, and they are ready to go. Realistically, it'll take a couple of days to plant them all, because there's twelve of the suckers. The clone machine I've got constructed there is a small rubbermaid with three holes in the top where there is some neoprene holding the clones with the stems in the water. Classic! |

The secret is to make sure the clone machine is sterile. I use peroxide and scrub it then rinse with cool water. Don't put cold water in the machine, make sure it's room temps or else the clones will curl at the bottom. Make sure you use pure water no ferts to clone. JoeCrowe's rooting formula is H2O+O2=ROOTS |
