I would say mag deficient, prolly due to ph troubles, flush well with correct ph solution. the leaves affected will prolly get worse before they get better. just pay close attention to the new growth. you might want to keep check on runoff ph, it'll give you an idea of whats happening. |

Thanks 4 the quick responses guys!!! I am growing under a 400 w MH in sunshine mix 4 using advanged nutrients 3 part feeding every other day and flushing once a week...and the water im using is tap water ran through a brita filter then ph"d. I checked my runoff ph and i think u guys are right, it was high, I am flushing and adjusting my ph. I guess my final question is what should I expect if things are getting better, are the leaves already affected doomed to die, or can they improve from their current state? should I not worry about the fan leaves affected as long as the flowers are still looking healthy? any and all opinions are appreciated. |

Not fer sure, no. I am very careful aboot accessin deficiencies. Many times when the plant is deficient, it is not because the element is not available, it is due to some other reason. So if you go addin that element to correct things, you might actually jus be makin it worse. That's why it's important to know wutz bin thrown at the plant already (soil & ferts), to see if that missin element is present. If it should be available, then the problem is usually not from a lack of it. With AN....well, they're jus not wut I would consider reliable. |

good shit. Makes perfect sense. Ive coe tot he same conclusion in my grow experience. Defiency for me RARELY if ever means if is not present ( deficient nutrient). Always a ph or nute lock out thing |
