They are going after Harborside because the larger the disp, the better chance they have of finding problems?

Does anybody else think they did this on purpose? It seems like it was their intention to go to war with the fed. Harborside/deangelo have the $$ to fight. They want case law. Haag is asserting Federal law trumps State law, setting up the perfect State's Rights test case for cannabis.

I don't know about on purpose, but they had to be expecting something simply because of the size/publicity surrounding the place (IMO participating in "weed wars" was like putting a target on their back)........

....not sure if anybody has won against the feds yet, but Harborside might be the first ones to do it and if so that would be amazing, and desperately needed. The city is on their side, so lets all send any and all positive support we can thier way and hope the truth prevails....cuase IMO if anybody in Ca is running their disp "right" it was Harborside...the people behind the scenes there really seemed to be on the up and up.

Harborside is the best example of a legit dispensary in the US! smh

I guess the Bay Area will once again make a new step forward in the movement... hopefully this case will help break new ground. I have my fingers crossed!
