Got a sour by the name of Panil Barriquee that I have been aging for about a month now, got 9 bottles stashed. Might be cracking one tonight and taste testing the progression of the brew. |

$50 is pretty fair for a piar of steins if they are old and in good shape. |

^^ That 3 fonteinen gueuze is sooooo good! What did you think of the rodenbach? Just couldn't get past the balsamic. Would seriously make a nice vinaigrette. |

Lindemanns Cuvee renee is easier to obtain but does not have the exact spicy flavor and kick the Oude Gueuze has the grand cru is not an everyday.every week. or whole bottle brew, I honestly liked it though. But will admit that it is sour tart and tangy and very very very different The second bottle of rodenbach that I had was better than the first, aka I gave it a second try and it seemed better, but I also let it warm out of the fridge for about 10-15 mins, seemed to make it better. I just cant wait to get a case of fresh victory headwaters seriously a fresh pure tasty beer, i can drink sierra pales and the like and not as alcoholic IPAs for hours, with the sours, and beligums you have to sip, sip sip sip, which I like sometimes, just other times I like to get my drink on cause of the thirsties there was a Mikkeller lemon or some kind of lemon beverage at the beer store and damn I gotta go back to look at the bottle, also a few Bruery beers that I think I will buy tomorrow.

Haven't had the lindemanns yet, but for me I can't freaking get either in town! Or any other sour for that matter except petrus and rodenbach. I have to say, I gulp sours |
