Does anybody else think they did this on purpose? It seems like it was their intention to go to war with the fed. Harborside/deangelo have the $$ to fight. They want case law. Haag is asserting Federal law trumps State law, setting up the perfect State's Rights test case for cannabis.

I don't know about on purpose, but they had to be expecting something simply because of the size/publicity surrounding the place (IMO participating in "weed wars" was like putting a target on their back)........ |
