^^Nice I definitely believe oranges or any other citrus would have the same effect but maybe not quite as strong as lemons due to less acidity, not sure... I should try orange juice again maybe, but with the lemon shot with sugar you Really can't taste the shrooms, it's nice A lot of people also believe that drinking orange juice during a trip intensifies it (or smooths it, i've heard both) or vitamin C Pills... When I first did a lemon shot I also read on the shroomery about MAOIs and got a good bottle of Looza Black Currant Nectar (MMMMmmm) and drank that with the shot (the whole bottle hehe) I think that intensified it even further, people were reporting about a 1/5 increase with that as opposed to a 1/2 increase with the lemon juice, so lemon juice is definitely stronger potentiator than an MAOI, although I wouldn't mind syrian rue seeds during mushrooms, I've never tried those...

When I first tried shrooms I ate an eighth by myself, I think I put half of the powder in a peanut butter sandwich (which was really hard to eat, ewww) and then ate the rest in various other ways, including putting some in an already poured glass of OJ, problem was I couldn't stir in the bone-dry powder, it just floated ontop... but it always seems to work in the lemon juice haha maybe pulp helps, or maybe i was just getting really high...
I'll never know what really went on that day (in my head, or reality haha) but I think it probably changed my life forever, like in a big way... I blacked out/just don't remember about 4 hours...
I walked to a nearby park, layed on a blanket (with a book maybe?) and my bubbler i think... once it kicked in i went right back home... thought some old ladies walking behind me totally knew haha... smoked a joint at home, totally tripping watching home movies (and crying?) I don't remember when this was I think after the black period I was watching a nature show though with a guy and a jaguar in the jungle... and it's spots were so amazing they were like a 'fractal' design all over it like faces everywhere... I totally would have died in the wild with it haha but anyways i remember seeing the clock said 5 when I "woke up" or came back to reality up in my bed... so I was moving around fine and stuff I just don't remember what happened... I had read enough trip reports to know to be home and stuff, I can't imagine what would have happened in public or with someone else...

This is a way Not to take mushrooms IMO because with any drug you might as well ramp up the dosage to feel it out at first... I guess I was just deadset on wanting to trip on shrooms!! All in all I do think it was a good way it effected me, but a good trip is best had in totally comfortable nature, without normal ego worries like possessions or self-consciousness... and that doesn't exist much in this world, so taking it slow is good I suppose... although I'm kind of glad I dove right in cause if I felt the water first I might have been to afraid to swim, honestly.

Anyways when I came back to reality I was in a Bad way... time was this painful cycle like Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible in my head and I thought the only way OUT of the cycle was death, not that I was actually thinking about committing suicide at that point, just that I believed death was a way out... I slowly reconnected with normal reality and walked outside, smoked a cigarette, some schoolmates walked by (who were tripping too hehe, we had a stare smile sesh)

This trip had an even greater significance when i wrapped up my senior year ounce of mushrooms bonanza with another solo trip at home alone and had an AmAzInG come-up outside in the sun (saw a cloud come that was the most amazing thing I'd ever seen, visualized the Sun God as a Man with his arms outstretched looking right then left... felt the kiss of feminine nature all around me, looked into the crevices of stone making up my back porch and then experienced a truly blissful Opening Expansive White Architecture like heaven, I'll never forget it... and then I went inside... there was my mistake I believe... I took off my clothes, dropped the cigarette and lighter... too much... I sat in chairs, looked at the cracks in ceiling and LOST MY MIND haha I think it was in the computer chair when I had the real peak experience (which was Absolutely Terrifying let me express) of Infinity, or rather Eternity, the Omniscient Moment in which there IS NO ESCAPE. There IS NO OTHER.
I was beyond life and death and totally saw that there is no escape from what is TRUE REALITY and YES IT"S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW! And that is sooo much scarier than believing that you can and will one day DIE but it's also so much truer

I usually stay away from zoomers because they fuck with my stomache and end up going to the other stuff for psychadelic trips. This sounds too good not to try though, shit its been a while.

i would usually use an orange juice concentrate in those frozen tubes but dont dilute with water, just to taste and damn it launches within 5 to 20min

did the lemon juice shots last night. worked real well. I took 2 grams (half my normal dosage) and was trippin bawlsss. My buddy who, on his last trip took 8 grams took 2 grams in a lemon shot. he said the trip was quite compareable.
