I love me some shrimp, and that gumbo looks delicious... nice presentation!

So do you only make what's on your restaurant's menu, or do you explore for yourself?

Beef bourguignon with tournee carrots and broccoli stems, and fresh pasta.

sautee'd brook trout with tournee potatoes(pomes parsley) and a Beurre noisete sauce(brown butter sauce)
