Aaarrghhh I just tore through this tuna steak... yum
(broccoli and asparagus underneath, broc is my flavorite... I also got this stuff asperation a mix of broccoli and asparagus! It's not as amazing as they make it seem)

Tonights dinner...
Vodka pizza and spinach with sugar snap peas.

Pizza here is so bad, I just had to make something closer to what I would find in NYC

Looks good Mrs.phatL did you buy the pizza dough or make it?
Here are some pictures i forgot to add.
French Baguette from my Baking and Pastry class.

Ham and Brie panini with balsamic & rosemary glazed onions and mushrooms, on home made sourdough.

here are some pictures from my advanced skills class. I forgot to take the pictures before my chef tasted it.
first course: a Vishyssoise(chilled potato & leek soup) with sweet potato frizzles

Second course: Cold poached salmon with chervil mayo and mixed greens.

Main course: grilled pork medalions, with a chaussers sauce, Spatzele(like german dumplings),and vegetables cut into large dice or equal to large dice.

Smokingchef...everything looks so good! Btw, I used boboli for the pizza crust...which made it not as good, but it's what I had at home

hoockah, it's really easy to make...I just used leftover stuff I had at home. Sauteed chicken with garlic in olive oil, topped the pizza crust with pre-made vodka sauce, the chicken, mozzarella and parm...and that's it!
