awesome! i was watching a cops episode from Portland the other day and a teen gets pulled after smoking a joint so the cop destroys what's left. he then casually searches the vehicle and finds the rest of the kids stash but lets him off with a warning after seizing it. god what i would give to have this kind of interaction with l/e haha

Wow, this is awesome! It's pretty amazing that this is starting to happen in the U.S.A. , I almost never thought it would.

My friend lives in Oregon so maybe I'll have to relocate, too, hahaha.
