Default What shape pyrex dish do you use?

Hey guys, I've seen this discussed, but haven't seen a thread about it. What shape pyrex dish do you use? I use a 6 x 8" rectangular dish and always have. How many of you guys use a circular dish?

I like a circular pie dish because the corners are easier. I can never get the four very corners of my square dishes. Also it fits in my purge pot perfectly.

rock a nice shallow circular dish, makes it super easy to get all the oil when scraping

Very interesting. I'm actually pretty surprised. I always imagined it would be tougher to get along the edge of a circular dish, as opposed to a rectangle one where you can scrape down the sides. Can't get the corners tho.

Circular all the way. It is so much easier to scrape and it fits in my pot perfectly. Ive only used a circular one so I've always wondered how people double boil the square ones or what they do, I guess just sit it in the water?

I use a circular pyrex dish but I am thinking very hard about switching to a more square shape for easier scraping.
