I use a rectangular dish. It's made by Pyrex and came with a snap-on plastic lid which keeps the dish dust free between runs so I don't worry about scraping the corners. The tiny amount that gets left behind from each run just ends up in the next run. |

I use a glass square dinner table dish. you can get almost any crevice, nothing left behind. |

i was using rectangle for a while then switched to circular a few months ago and havent looked back . sooo much easier |

i used a rectangle one for the first maybe 20-30 runs i made, then switch to pie plates. It definitely is a whole lot easier to scrape, a lot less hassles and effort involved. |

i have a circular and a rectangle pyrex. I do find the circular is the easiest for me to scrape. only used the rectangle a couple times tho |
