Default pyrex measuring cup

i really like the measuring cups for lots of reasons. the handle is very nice and convenient. it fits in freezers much easier than the pan. it also fits perfectly on a hot plate so you can render butane out without the danger of an open flame.

i have a rectangle dish i got from IKEA. Its only about 2 inches high, maybe 4.5 inches wide and 12 inches long. I love it, deep enough for a solid run and wide enough to where i never have any problems. Plus i can scrape the sides just as easily as i can scrape the bottom. It also came with mini runnin dishes which would be nice for runnin oil in the car or something... haha.

using a square dish... want to find one of an odd shape, Hex or Octogon, would make corners easier and still give a flat surface to scrape downward on.

i used a 8x8 square for the longest time and ninja is right its a bitch to get the corners.. i almost lost an eye trying to use the small curved blade i got with my exacto set.. but now i use the 9 inch circular and you can slightly press on a normal razor blade to get all around the bastard... way easier
