Nice to see you posting but with the best of respect I hope your double boxing nowadays,the toro I got from you guys lasted 11 days and mysteriously broke without being knocked/dropped..the box you chose to send it thousands of miles in was exactly the same length as the tube.

Honestly we have been through alot here at xtreem. Closing one location, sandy storm and a staff change. Thing are quite different. After the experience we had with you shipping overseas is no longer an option. But thank you for your concern. I hope all is well and things worked out.
