hahaha i shud have seen that coming, i understand that the imperfections r not going away, but im just trying to see if im being overcritical on maybe slightly imperfect tubes that are still a solid choice?

if it bugs you now, it'll bug you way more after you've paid money to bring it home.

i know i've had that experience with glass, i've thought a simple thing wouldn't be an issue on a piece and it ends up annoying me that it isn't perfect once its home.

as far as the radial goes, traditional bongs are made to be smoked with the bowl/stem facing 12'. SGW designs their pieces so the bowl is somewhere between 2:30 and 3 o clock when used. See here



notice how the bowl is not directly in front of him (at 12' on the radial)), it is more at an angle; 2:30 on the radial. This allows for a better angle at lighting the bowl and easier removal/replacement of the slide. Its easier because the way the human body is made, its easier to move our arms this way and we have more control of the slide when the bowl is at this degree/angle. try it out for yourself. ( i know this is not a SGW tube, but im just showing you the angle)

This is more true for their bubbler, as you HAVE to smoke with the bowl at 2:30 as thats the way the mouth piece is placed. With the tube, you have a choice, but you can tell by holding it and where the hand blown warts are placed, that it's supposed to be at 2:30/3' o clock.

omg....after seeing the double waffle, im gonna go insane if i dont get it...i bought the Mini LW Waffle Tube with 10 trees, and my trees broke off after it tipped over onto some bathroom tile.... yes i know its a heartache, but the waffle is intact and i just have to say the waffle is suchhhhhh a beast, personally i think it bubbles better then most percs/trees out there, only problem is overbubbling..the chamber takes a little more time to clear since the water becomes foamy when pulling, so smoke gets trapped in bubbles and u have to keep pulling till they pop.

not tryin to be harsh u kno, but me n Bics answer are on point, after u spend money on it you will find the imperfections even worse!! jus always stick to being a stickler when buying glass i guess, nothing wrong with wanting what you pay for!

the base on my SGW is different then the wobbly lookin waffle tubes
