FL Season confusion

Hey im kindof new to the grow scene but i was wondering how late you can start a plant in fl. im thinking a little late should be fine cause of the long days but im not sure. Now, ive read just about every growing guide on the internet, and have tried seeds just about every month for the past year, but so far have had no success. i started one plant on christmas eve, and it managed to survive til june when im pretty sure it already went through the flowering stageWWAAAAYYYY too early. random other plants will sprout to just under a foot, then collapse. i have one right now, its 2 weeks and about 10 inches. what can i do to make it survive?

Grow it inside. Outdoors, you are at the mercy of daylight hours, which trigger flowering...it's almost harvest time son.

Veg it inside, you can put it outside to flower. The daylight hours are kind of wacked here all year long. As long as it doesn't get too cold (which shouldn't really be an issue for at least another 3 months) they'll be alright. A good cold snap could very well be the end of your ladies if they're stuck in the ground though.

thanks for the info. i kinda figured its pretty late. can i leave it outside during the day and bring it in at night, or will that fuck up the cycle?

that's fine, as long as you can give it more light when it's inside to try and mimic summer-time day-lengths
