I used it once and it had an off taste but I probably overpurged that batch. I'd stick with what works for others because it will likely also work for you. Is availability of good tane an issue? |

my supplier just got 40 more cases (of 72 cans) of colibri, but then you see this too... i get the feeling the butane is a separate company from the lighter makers in the US. |

http://www.smokeshopmag.com/0898/signal3.htm Everything I have seen indicates that they would no longer be available, but who knows what the creditors have worked out with any subcontractors during the receivership. The one thing I do know is smokeshops say it is still available, but in limited amounts and won't be for long. http://www.cigarextras.com/index.asp...ROD&ProdID=233 ^ "Colibri Butane is no longer being produced and had become very hard to find but we have a limited quantity still available. Purchase in sets of 2, 6, or 12 so you will have butane to refill your Colibri brand lighter in the future. When we run out, it will be gone forever! " If you take a look at the following link, you will see the president of the bankrupt colibri group being quoted on the keen marketing page about the colibri butane cans, confirming the link between keen and the now defunct trademark holder. http://www.keen-newport.com/colibri.htm
