Default Best Pelican Case?

Hi!
Sorry if there is already a thread on this. I was wondering what your guys opinion is on what the best Pelican case is for a small, medium, or large size glass collection? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm rockin a 1200 for my oil rigs and bubs. I love this thing. Went climbing with 2 bubblers in my back pack slamming around and all was good

biggest size you can carry on an airplane

cost me upwards of 200

fry's has em for 100 right now for some reason.

i even want another one cause their so cheap atm

the pelican 1200 fits the mini ak tubes perfectly

I have an 1120 that I carry around with me literally everywhere I go. I havent had so much as a scratch on any of my glass since I have owned this thing.

the 1200 was a little big for what I use mine for, but works just as well for small collections.

i have an 1150, held my roor ac, diffy, and 3 slides very securely.. kinda useless to me now that my collection has grown/i dont own a tube with a diffy... was thinkin about getting an 1470 for all my slides

edit, my 1150 could easily fit in a backpack... they have the dimensions of each model on their site also.

The 1120 fits really well in my backpack and has exactly enough room for my pipe, grinder, buds, lighters and papers.

it only measures 8x5x3 inches, so its nice and compact but fits everything you need and protects it really well.

*EDIT* ^^That works too

im torn between a 1200 and a 1400

backpack size is what i'm looking for as well...

my bubbler is about 6in by 3.5 wide.. i'm lookin @ the measurements on the pelican site now but i figured id ask tc for some feedback. is the 1400 too big for a normal size backpack?

Yes, Just pulled mine out to check and I have never seen a backpack that could hold my 1400...And if you did make it fit it would just make the backpack the shape of the case. I'd go smaller if you want mobility, I rock the 1400 for my micro and curve (still room for my dome once I grab it and a dish or two with lids!)
