Looks like the price is now up to $2.99/ea and there is a min order of $15... The best way to buy them is to get 5 for $14.95 (you will be charged an extra $00.05 to meet the min). That will keep the shipping to $7 and the total at checkout will be $22.00 flat. This will make it 5 screens for $22 bucks or $4.40 ea. Each one will last a REALLY long time. They also keep their shape so once you fold em, they stay well. They don't absorb any any oil and def keep all plant matter back with no chance of blowout If they need it, I clean them by putting em in a shot glass with iso, then rinsing em under hot water, and let them dry. But they rarely need cleaning... Here is a link to their shopping cart with an extra screen, just change the quantity to 5 http://www.ewebcart.com/6178/cart?o=...om%2Fbho1.html

How to keep the oil warm, when transferring it from the Pyrex to parchement for vaccing? I'm really thinking about spraying directly on the parchement which I would place in the Pyrex. |

Starting with a clean screen, I snapped some shots of the folding and cutting process. |

i've blasted on parchment, its was fine for smaller amounts, but once you go over 5-7 grams its not the best, works but not as easy as a pyrex pan. |

Its just under 3.5 inches. Works great for 1/4 tho! I have a 1/4 and a 1/2 extractor, that I've done runs with back to back using each one with the same material and got the same yield! I didn't want to cut it any shorter than that cause I would have been into the taper and it wouldn't have held a clamp as well. Does anyone use something smaller than this? Pics? Tips? Recently I tried to pack it with only 5g, tight to the taper... I must have actually packed it to tight too cause the pressure was building for way too long for its short length, then the log inside moved to the bottom and the tane/oil just never came out of the bottom right. I packed it tighter than i ever have, cause usually I'm NOT worried about a blowout with my setup, and I wanted to make SURE the "log" in my (partially filled) baster stayed in place... In the end, since I packed it SO tight, pressure built up and the log moved down. I know a tight pack = good penetration, but I won't pack that tight again. Caused me to get 13 percent on something I previously got 19. I won't be using a "mostly" filled baster again, no matter how its packed... I'm over it. I would love to find something that is totally filled when packed tight with an 1/8, just to test a strain... or for fun. But like i said, I cut the baster as small as i was willing to go and it still held 7g the way I pack normally with no problems and great yields for the material. ![]()
