I did 14 days when I went to south Africa, I had trouble sleeping and eating the first few days, but you get into it after some time. If I wasn't occupied by the beautiful Scenery and weather I probably woulda struggled more. There is most defiantly a mental aspect to it, however I do believe it is actually physical dependence. |

Another thing I've noticed (day six of cold turkey)--the last two nights in a row I've remembered my dreams. I would consider this unusual for me. |

I haven't had a vivid dream for as long as I can remember. I am almost positive it is a direct result of a thc. The only time I may dream a bit is... Say I go to sleep wake up around 8 or 9 don't medicate then go back to sleep till 12 or whatever, I find those times I am likely to have vague recollection of my dreams. As a young kid I had the most intense lucid(controllable) dreams, Flying around, Saving the day etc all the normal kid shit. I do think we all have amazing dreams, just somehow greens hinder our ability to remember them. |

true but i think its also something u can train i meditate and do martial arts and incorporated erls into it as a medium to relax my mind and body to use less effort but apply more force. cant say for everyone but i find dreams are a way to access ur subconscious and thus unlocking so much more. (MY 80yrold great uncle can ground 100lbs of kinetic force on one leg.... theres more to humans then meets the eye) |

Don't smoke nearly as much as you but the fact is I can't eat or sleep without pot... and those are physical symptoms |

I would think that one would typically not remember your dreams if you sleep soundly (deeply); and having vivid memories of your dreams IMO means that your mind was in some conscious form of being awake, thusly not letting you fully sleep. I do find it very interesting that nobody seems to put forward the idea that they are simply no longer feeling the medical benefits of cannabis when they aren't intaking errls at a level their tolerance entails, and simply jumping to the idea of the idea of cannabis withdrawal. |
