I did 14 days when I went to south Africa, I had trouble sleeping and eating the first few days, but you get into it after some time. If I wasn't occupied by the beautiful Scenery and weather I probably woulda struggled more. There is most defiantly a mental aspect to it, however I do believe it is actually physical dependence.

Ps: when I only smoked trees withdrawal was much less intense. Now that oils part of the diet it makes it a lot more intense. I'm assuming it's just increased potency that adds to increased withdrawal symptoms.

Pps: until I hit the first bowl or dab of the day I don't feel an overwhelming urge to smoke. But once some thc hits my throat I need moar!

Lesson learned... Make sure to stay lifted

How many other people here have actually hit all of the pieces I have besides me?

Another thing I've noticed (day six of cold turkey)--the last two nights in a row I've remembered my dreams. I would consider this unusual for me.

I haven't had a vivid dream for as long as I can remember. I am almost positive it is a direct result of a thc. The only time I may dream a bit is... Say I go to sleep wake up around 8 or 9 don't medicate then go back to sleep till 12 or whatever, I find those times I am likely to have vague recollection of my dreams. As a young kid I had the most intense lucid(controllable) dreams, Flying around, Saving the day etc all the normal kid shit. I do think we all have amazing dreams, just somehow greens hinder our ability to remember them.

I would really love to know more about this, I know a lot of other people who have mentioned this.

However, I do known a handful of people who medicate just as much and have great dreams all the time.

Maybe you've ingested too much flouride and it's built up on your pineal gland. farfetched but plausible

I was totally going to post a new thread on this very topic. I'm trying to cut my usage due to leaving California for less friendly territory (finances in the shitter, spending some time back with my parents).

I'm totally experiencing the hunger/insomnia/stomach pains symptoms. Typically, I'll vape at least a dozen BHO dabs in a day, oftentimes supplemented with edibles in the evening. Lately, I've only been taking the edibles so I can eat dinner and get to sleep.

Yesterday, I dabbed in the afternoon and skipped the evening edible. Barely slept. My stomach is currently in knots and I have no appetite.

What I notice, and this is very frustrating, I can feel hungry and then as soon as I smell food, the appetite vanishes.

I'm worried about losing weight. I'm thin already. I have an active metabolism. I'm one of those assholes who can't get fat even if I try. I've gone a week+ before without eating due to bouts of depression and when that's happened, I look very, very frail, like a heroin addict of something, because if I lose ten pounds, I'm into visible ribs, rings falling off my fingers territory. People make comments like, "Oh my god, have you lost weight? You need to eat, man!"

But past all of this--for those experiencing said symptoms, how do you deal with them? I'm in a situation where I have plenty of THC around, I've got probably a solid two month supply and more materials back in California that I'll need to either retrieve eventually or move back to. Makes it very difficult to abstain, especially knowing that one or two tokes makes the pain goes away.

Not that it's severe pain, but it's enough to be nagging. Like I said, I worry more about the lack of appetite.

Also, I think vaping pot/BHO gave me asthma. Never had problems breathing until I developed a heavy vaping habit and it only got worse after I discovered oil extracts. I've be up nights unable to take more than half a lungful of air, leading to anxiety attacks. Never had it before using pot and since I've backed off severely on the dabs (and leaning harder on the edibles) and after receiving breathing treatment in the ER and using an inhaler once or twice a day for the first week and NO dabs for two weeks (I've been gently dabbing in the afternoons since then, about a week now) I've noticed a dramatic improvement in how my lungs feel and my ability to take in deep breaths without coughing or producing quantities of phlegm all day. Really helping my singing voice. Not that it's all that great to begin with, but singing in the shower and car has been more fun.

But again, this thread has focused on the presence of withdrawal symptoms without providing discussion on how to deal with them. Not everyone seems to agree that said symptoms are a problem, but for those dealing with them or who have dealt with them--any advice?
two things i can think of your inhaling alot of butane which disables ur red blood cells from latching onto oxy (similar to c0 or co2) or your become allergic your body goes through an immune system change every 7 years thats just some possibilities to your breathing i experienced same problems when i started to vape erls.....

true but i think its also something u can train i meditate and do martial arts and incorporated erls into it as a medium to relax my mind and body to use less effort but apply more force. cant say for everyone but i find dreams are a way to access ur subconscious and thus unlocking so much more. (MY 80yrold great uncle can ground 100lbs of kinetic force on one leg.... theres more to humans then meets the eye)

I'd say flouride over consumption is kind of a long-shot to jump to as far as the remembering of dreams is concerned.

I would think that one would typically not remember your dreams if you sleep soundly (deeply); and having vivid memories of your dreams IMO means that your mind was in some conscious form of being awake, thusly not letting you fully sleep.

I do find it very interesting that nobody seems to put forward the idea that they are simply no longer feeling the medical benefits of cannabis when they aren't intaking errls at a level their tolerance entails, and simply jumping to the idea of the idea of cannabis withdrawal.
