ROORTech

Hello TC,

Been awhile since ive been on here so im alittle behind the time and need some help. I went to 42* in Ann Arbor,MI this monday and picked up a RooRTech Double 10-arm tube. My problem is i can find no information about the RoorTech brand. I im not doubting the legitimacy as i trust 42* to have nothing but the best. So i guess my question, is this a division of Roor US or Germany? or is this what the old Lux line is being called now? or is this the new Roor US name?

would much appreciate any info i can get on these "RoorTech".

Roor tech is the new name for Roor.us

They wanted a clear distinction between the US made ones and the German made ones.

Are they new? i dont see many of them on here. or is everyone just look down on roor now that toro and others are so big?

Word, well i like it so far.

I originally went in to get a Toro, but i like the clean look more vs. how the glass on the toro around the perc bulges out.

But i do really like the toros now vs. when i was coming here acouple years ago. so ill prolly be picking one of those up too.

Roor tech is actually the name for the new Roor.us made in the factory. The designs need to be Ok'd by Germany but there is no quality control for Germany.

Roor classic is done by Natural Expansion and is the classic Roor.de designs and has constant supervision from Germany. They do also sell some genuine Roor.de pieces.

i dont think everyone looks down on roor.
but a roor and toro are two completely different things.

roor’s are classic. i grew up with them. classic diffusor and tube. nothing special to me. unless you have a beautiful customer that is.

Toros on the other hand are high class and are in a different class all together in my opinion. nothing really compairs to a 7-13 arm Toro.

to me roors are just that. a standard tube. unless you have a custom.

personally i would never buy a roortech perc. but they look hella nice.

Did you mean "There is no quality control from Germany" or did you mean that Roor.de has no quality control whatsoever at all, cause the latter seems crazy.
