Cool

Pulling up a seat to see you rock that bucket Bob! Get a pH/PPM pen if you want to really understand your nutrient mix and how it fluctuates based on the plant's needs throughout its life cycle. I love my Hanna 98129...

I'm in.

Haven't been posting much in the grow section much lately...comes in cycles. I'll be around more..this will help out with regularity.

Planning to flip right at xplant, in a small bucket..perhaps 2 gallon.

Haven't thought much about it yet, but thanks for starting this Bob.

See you back here soon.

edit: ^^ Shady!! what up dawg! nice to see you around.

love my Hanna GroChek...can't go wrong w/ hanna. Customer service is top notch! any problems, call and speak directly to an engineer. at least in my experience.

in chelation they also use DTP. I think the information in the FAQ on chelation is out of date now.

Ok DWC peeps...
I have a leaf concern in my first DWC grow. I have noticed the about 10% of my leaves doing this droopy curl shown in the pic below. A second observation is that about 5 to 10% of other leaves grow a bit deformed. 3 fans.. Some more deformed than others. Why?
My Setup:
Blue Dream 3 month old in veg stage
5 Gallon stand alone black bucket
10" net pot filled w/ hydroton
7.8L two port air pump with two 6" stones
Advanced Sensi Nutes at 500ppm in R/O water PH 6.0
Extreme Gardening compost tea 1 cup per 5 gallons of water
1/8th of a mosquito dunk in bucket to prevent Fungus Gnats
T5 four ft Grow lights X3 on 24 hrs
No light entering my bucket

I change out my solution once a week adding fresh water, tea and nutes. Bucket gets cleaned at that time. The last week they have just received PH 6.0 RO water and no nutes or tea just to give them a little flush. Hope this is enough info to get some good feedback on my little leaf problem.

don't use a 24 hour light cycle, waxie. 18/6 for less deformities.
