Now my concern with those type pumps is heat, dunno what the rating is on that one but mine was 60L/min and blew hot air, and was quickly replaced. |

This one sez it's 38L/min...18 watts. I'll test it when I git it hooked up, and I'll monitor it fer a while til I know it's ok. |

to eliminate algae, make sure you have totally blocked the light. Also, nutrient and light don't mix. |

hey bob, like the set up!! looks like your well on your way!! one thing your gonna have to keep your eyes on is food temp, with all four air lines runnin to the same bucket, you may find the restrictions, cause the pump to heat up, and in turn it may heat the food supply, if this becomes a problem, you may have to open one port, to atmosphere, so the extra air flow can help cool the pump, that pump is plenty big enough to support that bucket, and be able to vent, for cooling. |

Well the bigger leaves are still layin down, and are a bit crispy (I imagine due to bein outta the humidity of the cloner)....but the top, which wuz limp last nite when I wuz done, is now fully erect & rigid this mornin. |

Pump wuz a lil warm, but nowhere near too hot to touch. Airlines felt fine, no heat detected. I don't foresee the pump bein a problem til the end of my season. The only heat the area gits is usually jus from the lights. Right now I got other veg plants that are a bit limp cuz itsa bit chilly up there. But for me, for most of the season, heat is a good thing. |
