Pretty sweet for homemade. That thing has a ton of swing. Would love to see a vid of it running. I use all sizes of tubing, mostly 50x5, 44x4, 38x4. Anything heavywall mostly, and i kinda had the FPS Russia voice in my head. Thanks for sharing!

Be careful with your lathes fellas, Dwreck shared this a few days ago.

Dont look at this link if you have a weak stomach, But it will gut check most lathe workers from wearing baggy clothes. extremely graphic, lol

Rpm wise it doesn't seem like you'd get ripped apart the same as a wood/metal lathe but i imagine getting caught up and being in front of the torch to be a horrifying experience.

a glass lathe would do the same thing in 5.

damn those pictures really make me cringe :s i work with a metal lathe about a quarter of that size... time to cut my hair :P
