Merle's work progression
I started blowing glass in the beginning of March. I've mostly worked on prodo wrap and rakes. I've worked a little with some tube pull making caps for my blue spoons. The purple and agua azul tube pull is the my first hand done tube pull. Any feedback is appreciated guys! |

dont push yourself too fast, get really comfortable with the spoons and dishes before you move on. You're still learning the medium, dont get too far ahead of yourself and burn yourself out because 1 of 3 complex pieces survives. You gotta tread water for 2 hours before you can go deep sea diving! |

Thanks for the kind words and advice guys. I just got back from the first festival of the season up here and all of my glass is gone. I can't wait to get to work filling my cases and getting new pictures to put up |

Glow in the dark
I just got some glow in the dark and made a little fade to clear tube pull. I just noticed that it actually glows! The first few pieces i did got worked at too high a temp and lost the glow I think. This is the last dish I did with it and it actually works. |
