Kind of confusing to me..

What I understand from it is that you only need a doctor to have previously supported your use of medical marijuana after the law was passed and you're 'safe'?

I'm not sure if dispensaries are just going to be letting anyone with a certification in but if it keeps people out of trouble that's good news.

If it eliminates paying 100$+ for a card which you only have for half a year that's more good news lol.
