Bob what can I use in my closet for support for my plants. I looked in the garden center and saw a plastic mesh but it was 1/2" by 1" squares and that seems a little small is it not?
Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It does indeed sound too small. I like tomato cages, or stakes with ties. You could git some cord or twine & make yer own grid...3-4" squares should work fine. Antique beds used the same type of gridwork using rope to support the mattress.

    Nite y'all
