If weather permits I would say most definitely keep her outside; why not take advantage of the great HPS in the sky while keeping her safely away from your uninfected plants? She may start flowering this time of year but it's better than letting the bugs stay in your garden. I noticed you say that the soil you are using is from your family's plots, which is obviously outdoors. I think you did great job starting a grow op with out spending a shit ton of money and you seem to have healthy plants, but when you bring outdoor soil indoors you are bringing outdoor problems like pests and bacteria that may not be healthy for the plants in the controlled indoor environment which you have created. You obviously chose some nice fertile soil and your plants show it, but to avoid future problems consider sterilizing your soil by placing the slightly moist soil on a metal pan in the oven @ 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 180 degrees. Sterilizing the soil kills all the nasty bugs while keeping the soil nutrient rich.
