here's a photo of the ice princess. It's being trained to not be several inches taller than the rest.

here's the jungle! They are going into bloom really quick, I'd say in the next day or couple days. There's a bit of light/heat stress from when I had the light too low.

    Cool

Looking crazy in there Joe! Any chance for some shots just after lights out or maybe one with the White Metering set properly? Either way I'm enjoying the show...

hah hah I'll take a couple of decent shots when I put them in bloom. They're already 36 inches/90cm tall! Right now I'm working on cranking out the "Ultimate Hash Batch"(tm). Even though I haven't grown anything in months, I'm still manufacturing from the last 2 plants I had grown. They were huge! 8 footers, easy. So...much..production! The ice princess plants fell over because I was a dumbass and didn't tie them up yet hah hah. They'll return to their vertical alignment, and I'll move them right under the light and get ready for the next batch.

i know you are tying down branches to train...but looks like you're also tying branches up, is this to help training? or is the weight of the branches weighing it down?

the plants are dangling from the ceiling in most cases. When they go into bloom, they are all dangling from the ceiling. I know that's a tough one, but the only thing keeping the plants in a vertical alignment is the strings from the ceiling. It's not a new concept I cherry picked that from some lame book.

well, i suppose my question is 'why?'

I understand why you'd 'dangle' from the ceiling if the buds were snapping stems, but why during veg? just curious.

well, the plants are just hanging in a bucket of nutrient solution. If they aren't hanging from the ceiling by the time they're 12inch/30cm tall, they will fall to the ground. The neoprene around the stem is only meant to block the light from the roots/nutrient, not to keep the plant aloft. Sometimes when they are really overgrown they can support each other in veg. Here's my ultimate hash batch, 100$ to the person who can spot any plant material in there hah hah!

well looks like my dreams are halfway complete! They are some large plants, it'll be interesting to see the bud formation. The roots are growing large as well.

    root porno, good times!
